Terms & Conditions
Sarah-Beth Acrobatics terms and conditions:
1. Enrolment & Eligibility:
- Parents/guardians confirm that the child is physically fit to participate and has no medical condition that would prevent safe participation, unless disclosed in writing prior to enrollment.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for giving the correct age and ability of the child before signing up to a class.
2.Fees & Payment:
- All fees and must be paid in full on/before the 1st of the month, unless otherwise agreed.
- Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 3.
- The program reserves the right to change fees with reasonable notice.
3. Cancellations, Refunds & Missed Classes:
- Missed classes due to illness, holidays, or personal reasons are generally non-refundable.
- Make-up classes may be offered at the discretion of SBA, subject to availability.
- If a class is canceled by SBA, a credit will be provided.
4. Health & Safety:
- Children must arrive in appropriate attire (e.g. uniform/fitted clothing, no jewelry).
- Long hair must be tied back.
- Parents/guardians must inform instructors of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before participation.
- SBA reserves the right to refuse participation if a child appears unwell or unsafe to train.
5. Supervision & Drop-Off / Pick-Up:
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are dropped off and picked up on time.
- SBA is not responsible for children outside of scheduled class times.
- Children will only be released to authorized individuals.
6. Behavior & Conduct:
- Children are expected to follow instructor guidance and behave respectfully towards their teacher and their peers.
- Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from a class without refund.
7. Assumption of Risk:
- Acrobatics involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury.
- By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and voluntarily allow their child to participate.
8. Limitation of Liability:
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBA, its teachers, and staff are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages except where caused by proven negligence.
9. Photography & Media:
- SBA may occasionally take photos or videos for promotional purposes.
- Parents/guardians may opt out in writing or via the Class For Kids account if they do not consent to their child appearing in such media.
10.Changes to classes or schedule:
- SBA reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, or content when necessary, with reasonable notice.
11. Acceptance of Terms:
- Enrollment in the class constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
