This class focuses on building strength, flexibility and confidence through skill based training. Children will work on progressing their foundational acrobatics and tumbling skills with an emphasis on correct technique, safety and strength. Classes encourage focus, teamwork and perseverance whilst still keeping things fun, engaging and supportive.
